Pitch: An innovative, accessible, holistic approach (method and online software) established with six other freelance consultants with the aim of measuring an organisation's performance.
How it works:
Our approach assesses the performance of an organisation (commercial, non-commercial or public sector) under 7 headings and in 3 dimensions (individual, team, organisation) by looking at the respondents' perceptions of these 7 performance factors.
The diagnosis, supplemented by targeted individual interviews, points up any areas that are malfunctioning and provides an assessment of the development factors.
This analysis forms the basis for a plan of action and our strategy for putting that plan into effect. We identify gaps between performance as measured at the date of diagnosis and the expected performance target. Regular measurements track progress in carrying out the plan of action.
This can be done for one or more teams at the different levels of an organisation.
