The Emerg-Et-Sens approach

Diagnosing team performance

Pitch: An innovative, accessible, holistic approach (method and online software) established with six other freelance consultants with the aim of measuring an organisation's performance.

How it works:

Our approach assesses the performance of an organisation (commercial, non-commercial or public sector) under 7 headings and in 3 dimensions (individual, team, organisation) by looking at the respondents' perceptions of these 7 performance factors.

The diagnosis, supplemented by targeted individual interviews, points up any areas that are malfunctioning and provides an assessment of the development factors.

This analysis forms the basis for a plan of action and our strategy for putting that plan into effect. We identify gaps between performance as measured at the date of diagnosis and the expected performance target. Regular measurements track progress in carrying out the plan of action.

This can be done for one or more teams at the different levels of an organisation.

Team coaching:

Assisting a team to work better together, to achieve levels of a quality that surpasses the sum of the individuals’ performances.

Assisting a team in its search for cohesiveness and building the values that make up its identity.

The use of the AEC Disc® method’s individual profiles enables:

  • The members of a team to adjust their styles of behaviour so as to communicate more effectively with each other,
    with the ultimate aim of achieving converging results;
  • The manager to perceive better how the members of his/her team function and how he/she can interact
    and ensure their self-fulfilment in their respective roles.
